Micaela is an Honours graduate from the University of Johannesburg well versed in the field of Sociology with skills ranging from qualitative data analysis to quantitative data analysis. She currently fulfills the role of a Research Intern and is well on her way to becoming a full-fledged Research Consultant. Guided by her social passions, she intends to study further in the field of Industrial Psychology with the hope of making a valuable impact in many corporate organisations.
