Monitoring & Evaluation is an important function in NGOs, government institutions and private entities. Monitoring & Evaluation consists of tracking and assessing organisational performance. Government institutions, NGOs and private companies are increasingly requested to provide evidence of the effectiveness of their interventions and policies. This short training program enables the participants to learn how to successfully achieve their organisational goals based on well planned objectives and the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF). In other words, participants will learn how to build a sound and effective Monitoring & Evaluation system. The training is hands-on and practical (one case study).
The course is designed for managers, government officers, NGO program managers, project managers, Monitoring & Evaluation officers and anyone involved in Monitoring & Evaluation.
